Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Changing or cancelling

  • Upgrades apply straight away, and the difference is charged then.
  • Changes can take 24, up to 72, business hours to take effect; moves to Business take 3 business days, as we may need more servers.
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; annual plans are a 12-month commitment.

The founders rate

  • The founders rate is for our pilot customers, and for anyone who subscribes by 31 March 2027. On company plans it is also limited to the first 25 companies to subscribe. Individual plans have the founders rate until 31 March 2027.
  • It stays for as long as your subscription continues without a break, including when you change plan or number of seats.
  • Cancelling ends it. If you subscribe again later, the list price applies.
  • The annual founders price is ten times the monthly founders price, as with list prices.
