Sub-processors

Version 0.1
These are the third parties that process personal information for us when we provide GlobalProjects. This page is generated from the single list we maintain, so what you read here is what we use.
A service marked Being introduced is one we are setting up. It is listed before it starts, and it processes no information until it is marked In use.
This list is correct as at 3 November 2026.
| Sub-processor | What it does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| OVHcloud | Hosting: the servers that the application, its databases and this website run on | In use |
| OVHcloud | Email relay for messages the application sends, such as password resets | In use |
| Cloudflare | DNS, and the network edge in front of this website and each organisation's address | In use |
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions, tax calculation and invoices | Being introduced |
| OVHcloud | Emails about your account and billing, such as sign-in and billing links | In use |
| Cloudflare | Storage for encrypted off-site backups | In use |
| OpenAI | AI processing of the content you send to the AI features Only where your organisation uses an AI account we provide. OpenAI's statement about your content (read 17 October 2026) | In use |
AI providers
Where your organisation uses its own AI provider account, that provider is yours and not our sub-processor.
We may change the AI provider we use at any time, and this list will show the change.
We may also host our own AI model, in which case NXTGN Ltd is the AI provider.
GlobalProjects also supports these AI providers. Each link is to the provider's own published statement about how it uses your content, with the date we last read it.
Where servers are hosted
Depending on the deployment agreed with you, servers may be hosted in the EU, Canada, the UK or the US.
