Version 0.1
The service
This section will cover:
- What the service is, and who provides it
- How the service may change over time
Accounts
This section will cover:
- Who may open an account, and who may act for an organisation
- Keeping sign-in details secure, and what to do if they are not
Seats and billing
This section will cover:
- What a seat is, and how seats are counted
- That company plans are sold in fixed seat sizes, and that the price follows the size chosen
- How and when you are charged, and how tax is applied
- Changing plan, changing seats and cancelling
- That upgrades apply straight away and the difference is charged then, and that an upgrade needing a move to other servers takes effect within the business-day window shown when it is asked for, with the new price starting when the move is done
- That downgrades, fewer seats and moves from yearly to monthly billing take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no credit or refund
- That cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period with no refund, so an annual plan is a commitment for the whole year
- The introductory founders rate, who qualifies for it and until when
- That the founders rate is kept for as long as the subscription continues without a break, including through changes of plan or seats, and that cancelling ends it
- How list prices may change, with how much notice, and what a change means for an existing subscription
