About

Built by people who have watched analysis tools go unused.

GlobalProjects is made by NXTGN Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. The product exists because the work of turning an idea into a signed-off requirements set is still done largely by hand, and because the tools bought to fix that have mostly failed for the same, avoidable reason.

Why it is built the way it is

Business analysis is one of the last parts of delivery still performed mostly by reading and retyping. An analyst reads a discovery pack, writes requirements into a document, tracks them in a spreadsheet, and rebuilds the traceability by hand every time the structure changes. It is skilled work wrapped around a great deal of clerical work, and the clerical part is what limits how many projects one analyst can carry.

The obvious response is to automate it, and that is where most attempts go wrong. A tool that produces requirements without review moves the work rather than removing it, because somebody still has to check every line — and now they are checking machine output they did not write, which is slower than writing it. A tool that demands the analyst abandon the spreadsheet loses on the first busy afternoon.

So the design starts from two constraints. The working surface must be at least as fast as the spreadsheet it replaces. And the AI must propose, with its evidence attached, while a person decides — because review is where the analyst's judgement actually lives, and because a regulated organisation cannot sign off something nobody read.

The rule we will not move

An AI pass may be set to run on its own. Nothing it produces may write itself into your record. That separation is built into how writing works rather than into a preference, and changing it would take a superseding architectural decision with evidence behind it — not a configuration change and not a customer request.

It is written down this plainly because it is the promise most likely to be quietly eroded by a feature request, and because it is the reason a regulated organisation can use the product at all.

Where we are

The company is NXTGN Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, trading as GlobalProjects.app. Our registered details are at the foot of every page on this site.

We are deliberately not publishing a customer list. Our early customers are working with us under confidentiality, and their names are theirs to share rather than ours to advertise.

Talk to the people building it

There is no sales team to route you through. A first conversation is with someone who can answer a question about how the product works.
